The gentleman at reception was very professional and courteous. There was a small incident as I was checking in and he handled it skillfully. Well done, sir, I appreciate you, so sorry I did not get your name. The stay was comfortable and definitely will stay again if I am ever in the area.

It was in a convenient location for us, with a supercharger near by. It was extremely outdated. The refrigerator door barely opens, rugs were stain, very cheap pictures on the walls. A place you don’t want to go back.

Left shortly after checking in because the room we were given did not look like it was cleaned after the previous occupant left. There was pet hair on the nightstands, a used towel hanging in the bathroom, and various dust and stains throughout the room. The person at the front desk offered another room, which we declined, because if one room looked that bad, how will the others be any better? After that the hotel denied Expedia from giving me both a full and partial refund even though I spent barely 30 minutes here, not even a full night. Stay away from this hotel.

Our stay was nice. Housekeeping only come Thurs and Mon unless you request more-i think more like at leadt every other day. The rooms need a refresh-new sofa-cushions were flat. Curtains did not slide well. A ceiling fan over bed is needed. Bathroom needs to be more modernized. Awalk in shower would be better. Laundry services are free and great. Breakfast was nice to have avail. Coffee should be available all day. All in all a very nice stay.

i still didn't get an answer to my question about why i could not use my American express card, know buddy new what was going on. I had to use my personal credit card to pay for my room. You would not take my business card for company business. Please git your act together!
