Our first trip to Kauai and we stayed at a dream rental & location with the sweetest host! It was truly a dream to stay at this rental! The location, the bed and linens (best night sleep ever!) , all the supplies (beach gear, chairs, towels, beach mat, snorkels, umbrellas and more!) and all amenities/supplies in the unit, the beauty outside on the patio, walking across to the sunset every night and to the beaches! Everything is there with coffee and snacks and waters there to start your vacation! We were so appreciative of all information from the sweet host on all the things to see, places to eat, hike etc. It’s the total package and we can’t wait to go back!! The communication was excellent and above and beyond!! Thank you so much for sharing you beautiful Kauai place-we can’t wait until we can say Aloha again!!

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in May 2026. It's a cute, clean,nicely decorated place, a little smaller than I expected. There is no oven and has a portable electric range but the rental has all the cooking utensils that we needed. Overall we were comfortable. Enjoyed our mornings on the balcony, making friends with the birds and beautiful scenery. It's in a beautiful location to explore Kauai . Linda is a gracious host, responds quickly and is a good communicator.

Air conditioner worked wonderfully. No oven, but hot plate suited our needs. Decent size refrigerator and fantastic keurig coffee machine. Microwave clean and works great. The most comfortable king size bed, pillows and bedding. Large shower with rain type shower head. Huge adjustable TV for watching in bed or in sitting room off of the kitchen. Patio was so comfortable for eating outside or just enjoying the beautiful tropics. The host, Linda was by far the very best hostess I have ever dealt with. Very pleasant and informative about the whole island. Literature about the island, maps, things to do, etc were all greatly appreciated and useful. We really felt comfortable there. It was great

Great place to stay! Linda was welcoming and quick with communication. The condo is clean and well appointed. As stated in many reviews, the bed is super comfortable! The location is convenient to north shore activities, and the view from the property is gorgeous. It rained a lot during our stay, but that was not unexpected.

Linda was very welcoming , checked in with us several times. We stayed 2 weeks and were treated to a cleaning halfway through . Great amenities at the condo, snacks , pasta, coffees. Wonderful Stay

My husband and I stayed 13 days at Linda’s Tiki Suite. First, let me start off saying that Linda is the most thoughtful and thorough host I have ever encountered. Any questions we had, she replied immediately. The suite is super comfortable and cozy. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to all of the sounds of the island. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked like a charm. We have already said that on our next visit, this will be the first place we try to book.

Princeville Vacation

Excellent location. Quiet, yet within a short drive to many restaurants and shops in Princeville and Hanalei. 2 very special beaches within walking distance that are great for snorkeling. We also enjoyed going to Kilauea which is a short drive away. Linda is easy to reach and willing to help with any questions you may have. Definitely recommend making reservations ahead of time to any popular restaurants or excursions/hikes, etc. Highly recommend.

Perfect condo for couple to single

It was a lovely one bedroom condo with King bed, small kitchen (just perfect for me), deck with lots of beach toys, in the great neighborhood of Princeville. Everything was clean and luxurious. Owner was very helpful with nearby suggestions. I would highly recommend this condo.

Incredible week on Kauai

First-this place is perfect for a couple. Most comfortable bed. Keurig Coffee Maker. Balcony (Lanai) looking out into the jungle and a short walk from our favorite little beach...Hideaway. Linda was incredible responsive and offered to have our towels swapped for fresh ones during our stay. Don't hesitate if you're on the fence about booking this property. It's perfect.
