The hotel was adequate. However, the guests above me checked into their room around 11:00 pm. The noise was terrible!!!! Woke me up. I had a very early flight out. I called the front desk about the noise. I had my white noise going full blast with my headphones on. I could still hear them up there bumping and running around, despite the desk staff supposedly contacting them. I had to call down again at 12:20 am. Finally, the desk staff must have contacted them. By that time however, I had three hours before I had to leave for my flight. I’m exhausted. It’s not the hotel’s fault, other than the cheap construction. People are just sooooo rude and have no regard for other travelers.
