The hotel was overbooked; we didn't get a room with two beds (a bed and a sofa bed) even though we had booked more than six months in advance. We had to change rooms because the bed was in high demand. We went downstairs more than five times to have our key cards scanned. The sheets had hairs on them. The toilet was clogged, and the staff gave us the plunger to unclog it ourselves. The hotel was under renovation, so we couldn't access the pool, and there was construction dust in the dining room. We had no complaints. A truly negative experience.

The staff was rude and less than accommodating. The pool was closed and the hotel is under renovation. Was looking forward to a quick getaway and was very disappointed.
