The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Plenty of breakfast options for my 3 picky eaters.

I traveled with my daughter and stayed 6 nights. The room and hotel were nice, but the front desk employees weren’t always friendly, and the housekeeping staff was very loud. They laughed and chatted in the halls early every morning at top volume with no regard for sleeping guests. Also, the complimentary breakfast is awful. After the first day, I went to the grocery store and utilized the kitchenette for our a.m. meal for the rest of our stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, except some suspicious red stains on lamp shades, ceiling and bedding. Only complaints were no dish soap to clean dishes, shower spray was so weak took twice as long and did not get very hot at all. Tried to do laundry twice later in the evening but the desk had no quarters and there was no quarter dispenser.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The common areas of the hotel, including the lobby and lounge, were stylish and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Location-wise, the hotel was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, I recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!
