This property and the owner are top notch. The rental is more expensive than others in Providence, but we felt that the value was terrific. The management was easy to contact and answered queries quickly. They thought about the check-in and staying experience--all of which was seamless, unlike other experiences we've had. The apartment is spotless and spacious, with a private bedroom--excellent, comfortable mattress--and a full living room and dining room. There is a fold-down bed in the living room, which gave our adult son privacy and his own place to sleep. The kitchen has all all appliances (new), and there are cooking and serving utensils, as well as starter coffee, etc for those who haven't planned ahead. There is also a washer and drier, which were extremely convenient for road travelers. Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design are very close by, as are Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Fox Point neighborhood is a healthy walk or quick drive away for specialty shops (great wine store--Campus Fine Wines), restaurants, etc. Parking overnight in Providence can be a challenge, but this property allows one car to park nearby. It's a quiet neighborhood, and it put us close to friends who we came to visit. We would stay here again.
