The hotel is conveniently located near the Providence place mall and the civic center. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the valet service was top notch. The room I had was basic, not great. it smelled like smoke and the bathroom faucet leaked. since it was only one night for us we stuck it out. overpriced for this basic room.

Check in was easy, thankfully. We were there for a cheerleading competition, and sometimes it can be a mess. They ended up refunding me for the 2nd night without issue due to the snow storm and cancellation of day 2 for the comp. Room was clean. Seems like they may have just made some upgrades. New phones and coffee maker since our last stay.

Room smelled like smoke, toilet had to be pressed multiple times to flush, outlets did not work, and room was dirty. They did not give hand soap or conditioner. For the price paid it was terrible.
