A great value for the price. The location was excellent. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. A less than 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

Horrible. I checked out a day early. Just to be told that they will NOT refund the day I did NOT utlize. The front desk refused to put me in touch with management. Be careful. Unfortunately people in TCI are very money hungry and quick to take your funds if you pay upfront.

We had room service everyday and they did a nice job cleaning the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was really nice. The location was excellent. It was a 5 min walk to beautiful Grace Bay beach and there are many restaurants near the hotel.

Grace Bay Suites – Choose Wisely Grace Bay Suites is located in a very convenient area, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The beds in our room were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Unfortunately, despite the prime location, our overall experience was disappointing. While the staff was friendly, they were ineffective in addressing serious issues. During our seven-night stay, our room was affected by a persistent and foul sewage odor every morning between 5- 9 a.m. The smell was strong enough to wake us up every single morning. Who wants to wake up at 5am, especially while on vacation and even worse by the aweful smell! There was also visible mold in the room. We reported these problems multiple times, yet management failed to take meaningful corrective action and declined any form of compensation. Housekeeping was inconsistent and unreliable. We constantly had to ask for basic necessities such as towels, soap, and toilet paper. If they did replinsh the necessary items then the floors weren't swept or moped. On two separate occasions, the housekeeping staff told us they were too busy and would not service our room that day. This is completely unacceptable. Given these ongoing and unresolved issues, our stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. Knowing what we know now, we would not choose to stay here again nor recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful TCI.

The staff was truly wonderful but the hotel is very old and needs major renovations. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the people working there and the location. We wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel was in a good location but the positives end there. This is essentially a motel and not what’s advertised. Our beds were not made once in four nights, garbage was collected once on day 3, there were never any towels available and we ended up using pool towels, no coffee or coffee cups, door handle was broken, bathroom door didn’t lock, no soap dish for hand soap etc etc. front desk is only open 8am-8pm. Outdoor seats on the patio were all mossy. Chipped paint, rust throughout the room and bathroom. Cycles for rent didn’t have working brakes and were rusted. Beach chairs were limited and first come first serve and usually taken by 9am. Disappointing stay which ruined an expensive vacation and not worth anywhere close to the price we paid per night based on reviews and pictures. Do not trust the reviews.

Wonderfull stay. Complementary beach chairs and beach towels changed every day. Room was well sound proofed, slept well every night. Complementary bicycles when asked. Receptionist always had welcoming smile. Plenty of parking spots. Asked and got late check out. Would definitely recommend.

I hated it there! The room was extremely outdated. There were cracks in the walls and grime in the corners. The bathroom smelled like pee upon check in. My room was on the 3rd floo walk up ( no elevator) and there was no service to help me with my heavy luggage upon check out. It reminded me of 2 star hotel. I wanted to cancel my reservation as soon as I walked through the door, but at that point it was non refundable and I was only staying one night. If you value nice and comfortable accommodations, then this is not the place for you.

The pool is very small and can probably accommodate two or more people at a time. The pool and building are not the attraction, use the building for what it is, sleep the night. The beds comfortable, clean, shower ehh. Rent a car and go to different beaches, the Grace Bay beach front you have to walk to, but once you get there its clean with soft sand and good swimming if you prefer to swim. No alcohol served at the beach, bring your own and keep the area clean, take your empties with you. Overall get your transport, drive around to different beaches, food and drink is very expensive, so get your beverages from a store and drink responsibly.
