My wife and I traveled from New Hampshire specifically to stay at your hotel, expecting a peaceful and professional lodging environment consistent with the representations made during our reservation process. Instead, we were placed into a situation so disruptive and misrepresented that we were ultimately forced to vacate the property at approximately 9:30 PM and drive four hours back home that same night.
At no point during the reservation processâthrough your third-party/contracted booking platformâwere we informed that your property would be hosting a large-scale, pre-planned party involving well over 1,000 men in underwear occupying both the main floor and basement of the hotel. This omission represents a significant failure in disclosure and a material misrepresentation of the lodging environment.
âą The hotel lobby hosted a live singer accompanied by a grand piano that was amplified to such a degree that it was clearly audible and vibrational on the third floor, giving the impression that a band was performing in the room next door.
âą Beginning at approximately 9:00 PM, the majority of surrounding rooms were clearly assigned to party attendees, resulting in constant door slamming that resembled small explosions, reverberating throughout the hallway and rendering any reasonable rest impossible.
