Our guesthouse is nestled in a quiet rural mountain community, offering privacy, peaceful surroundings, and easy access to some of Southern Colorado's best outdoor adventures. This beautifully remodeled guesthouse was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. One of its most unique features is the full garage wall that opens to the outdoors, allowing you to enjoy cool mountain breezes, spectacular sunsets, and uninterrupted views from the comfort of your living space.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please place used towels/blankets/sheets in the striped basket or near the basket between the bathroom and kitchen counter.
Dispose of any trash in the bathroom and kitchen bins and place bags in the metal trash bin located outside of the Airbnb.
Make sure doors and windows are securely locked. Close the garage door completely before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
