The staff were friendly, however very pushy when it came to doing activities. They also push for you to talk to the staff to became a VIP member which is a 90 mins meeting. The staff from the VIP are very unprofessional.

I’ve been in a few Iberostar and this one disappointed a little, some bars the drinks were awful, food not impressed either, they don’t have frozen machines for pina colada or any frozen drinks, everything is thru the blender, not the same and some bartenders didn’t know how to prepare drinks.

I come back to iberostar often because it is a great value for the price. Entertainment is great, food and drinks are good, and the property is gorgeous. I would only say the pool needs better cleaning and some mildew in the rooms this past trip. Other than that, I hope to return soon:)

Wonderful experience in the DR. Beautiful views and wonderful people all over the area. Downtown area was just a quiet drive with shopping eating. The resort had plenty to keep you entertained an food was good and always available (:
