Los empleados no parecian con muchas ganas de trabajar... la comida en el buffet siempre la Misma, no habia variedad y el servicio bastante malo, siempre faltaba algo en las mesas y cuando pediamos cucharitas o algo mas, siempre a desgano. La piscina esta vieja, descuidada, no apta para personas con discapacidades, muy dificil el ingreso o poder salir de la misma. La señora de la limpieza super amable y el conserge Yurison muy bien tambien. La limpieza en general muy bien.

I was there 3 nights, the service to the room was terrible, they only went to organize 2 times, and they never filled the refrigerator, 2 days without drinking water or soda in the room. the TV wasn't working and they didn't have internet

Room service in order for me to have I has to go in customer service I got only 2 rooms service at time there .. I need to become a member at VIP area I strongly not recommend it .. the same foods , I got food poisoning since I got there , vomiting and diarrhea , and my son got very sick the wiffi horrible, not internet, my son and his friend got a room never has hot water I reported never fix , room service horrible, I don’t recommend at all ..
