Villa Los Corales is a new 3 story building and is situated just 5 min. walk from the Sayulita north beach and 10 min. walk to downtown's plaza. Our studios are perfect for couples and single people that like to relax and experience Sayulita.

The space

SPECIAL NOTE : Due to the construcción work from our neighbor, related noice could be heard during the day.

Our building is a 3 level with 13 beautiful studios. It is totally secure and gated for your safety. You'll be given code-key of the entrance gate and the studio, so you will have the freedom enter as you please. You will be able to enjoy your meals or relax and enjoy an amazing view of Sayulita.

Studio Concha is located on the 1st floor of our building. It is one of our most accessible and economical accommodations, but it's perfect for couples or individuals nonetheless!

Guest access

All of our guests have full access to our rooftop terrace with infinity pool and sunbathing area with amaizing views of the ocean, town and mountais. Equiped WiFi access for our guests. Also free parking space in our private garage in the basement of the building.

Interaction with guests

We, your hosts, live in the same building and are always happy to interact with our guests and help them with their planning in all we can. We have contact with all kinds of touristic services for a great time in Sayulita.

Other things to note

For security reasons we are not allowing guests' visitors without prior registration with us. Any external visitor must pay a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Perfect Week Getaway

Villa Los Corales is in perfect quiet neighborhood, high enough up the hill to provide breathtaking views of the main beach and of the town itself. Its far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and enjoyable, but close enough that youre no more than a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. WEe thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great time

I stayed at Villa Los Corales for two weeks with my husband. We didn’t want to rent a car so the location was perfect for us. It is walking distance to a quiet beach and to downtown. The building is located in a steep hill but we didn’t mind. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring ear plugs to block the occasional noises, especially if you’re not used to crowing roosters 😉. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed, I only wished we had a better view (the balcony faced a construction site). The rooftop is great, with a nice soaking pool and spectacular view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and the apartment manager, Rodolfo, was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed his help. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Wonderful location, for physically capable guests

This location was amazing! Walking distance from all Sayulita has to offer, a great rooftop pool view, and a nice patio area to relax. The only thing I’d note for this location is that it requires trekking up and down a rather long, steep hill with very few stairs to get to the main strip. We could handle it okay as two late-20-something-year-olds who aren’t exactly physically fit, but if you have a bum knee or ankle, that is something to consider! The host was very nice and came out to greet us as we arrived. Would stay here again!

Amazing stay at Villa Los Corales

I had an amazing time at Villa Los Corales. The view from the rooftop was spectacular. The pool during the day was perfect. And the location was great, close to Playa norte, where it's more calm. The room was wide and the cleaning team was very dedicated. I highly recommend.
