Great food! Great pools! Great views! Nice beach but sometimes smelled like sewage. Entertainment staff were great. Restaurant staff just ok. Bell staff great! Almost nothing to do at night. Room had huge patch of mold on the wall and the ceiling leaked the first night but was fixed right away. Lotion dispenser made a mess every day because it leaked. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. Rain shower broken. Comfortable bed and A/C worked well. TV didn’t work well. Had to be changed in family members room. People falling in a lot of places because it was ridiculously slippery. Pretty much no signage anywhere telling you where things were. Some great things but also some things that could be better.

Nice property with great staff. Food was good with the exception of the Mexican restaurant it was definitely below expectations. Rooms were clean, in need of a few repairs but overall very good. A scramble to get chairs in the morning.

The event staff Carla and Edgar did excellent providing fun and funny entertainment. The evening shows were very typical of all Mexican resorts. Only difficulty was booking al la carts. Close to Bucerías. Food is excellent. Find Manuel for all your drink needs by the pool. Excellent service

My family and I had a great time at this resort. It's very beautiful, right on the ocean and just a 30 minute walk to Bucerias. I have to call out Brandia (concierge). You went above and beyond for my family and I and we are so grateful to for that. You were so kind and sweet. You made our stay even more special and we cannot thank you enough🙂 Food: Snack shack was nothing to write home about, it was a snack shack. Buffet was a hit and miss: Breakfast was good, lunch was good and we never had dinner there. The Grill/Italian: was delicious and Oscar and Hector are amazing! We never ate at Ayami or the Mexican restaurant. Reservations were available, but we did end up eating a couple of nights at 8:30/9. Pools: *The large one in the middle is for everyone. *There's a smaller one that is for Alltitude members only. *There is an infinity and rooftop pool that is adults only. You have to get up around 7/7:30 to reserve chairs (crappy, but everyone does it and there are some people that reserved both at the pool and the beach area...greedy). We never had a problem getting chairs (3 of us) and there is someone that comes around to take pictures then comes back and takes yoyr stuff away, if you are past 45 minutes. Although this did help free up some spots, it still gets filled up pretty quick and pretty early. Michel at the pool was always smiling and came quickly with drinks. The grounds are very nice, but could have been cleaned better throughout the day.

We stayed 7 nights in March at Nuevo Krystal Grand. Staff were friendly and worked very hard at keeping the grounds and pool clean. Shout out to Guadeloupe for scrubbing those floors and keeping them shiny. Only one problem with house keeping as she took our room key that we left in for the air conditioning and lights while we were gone. The hotel has very nice food options. They serve snacks by the pools of hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos, fries and fish. They have a wonderful little coffee shop near the pool area with sandwiches and baked items. There is also a coffee shop just down the stairs by the entry of the resort and a OXXO to buy snacks and drinks. The buffet was fine and had something for everyone with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We were allowed to make 2 reservations at the restaurants, so we chose The Grill, it was very good. We booked upon check in, but heard a lot of complaints about booking with the app. The rooms were nice with just a few minor issues, the toilet seats were the wrong size for the toilet and sounded like they were going to break when sat on, the soap and lotion dispenser leaked and there was never any hot water in the shower. Upon arrival a maintenace man showed up at our door and said our tv wasn’t working, he got it going, but it didn’t last very long as the internet connection was very spotty or non existent. Overall, nice property. About 20 min. From PV and a 30-40 min. walk to Bucerías using the path. Just need work on their wifi

Food was mid range at best and smell of culinary burners in buffet area made me feel sick. Also our shower and toilet were both plugged and needed to be fixed. You should make all the TVs available for casting movies from phone, everyone has Netflix on their phone.

Lots of complaints from people wanting to make reservations because it has to be done via an app. I had no issues but am pretty tech friendly. We have been to Krystal Grand 3 times now and love it! The food is good and the staff are amazing. The only downside is that we had to be up super early to get a lounge chair by the pool. Also, they really do need to do a refresh on the sports bar and get new chairs there and in the pool area.

Booked this resort last minute for the price and the fact that it was all inclusive. The resort itself is nice and the rooms are basic. They have one adult pool and one family pool. The family pool gets crowded so expect that if you like being by the pool. Here is what we didn’t like about this resort… the food and drinks! The food was lack luster at all the restaurants, no flavor, cold and slow service. They do have a buffet with a lot of variety of food but it’s all just blah. So if you’re booking this resort because of the all inclusive pick a different one. The beach is very nice and they have a lot of loungers. The area of the resort is very nice and safe! Also, if you book through Expedia when you checkin they take you down to the first floor to checkin which was weird and I thought they were trying to be shady but it wasn’t. They do try to get you to meet with a timeshare person but I told her right off the bat I wasn’t interested.

This is a really good all inclusive resort. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the food always has variety and tastes good, drinks are excellent, and there are pools and a beach all at your convenience. The activities at nighttime are fun as well, I remember there was karaoke one night, trivia, and a movie being played on a large projector screen. It’s family friendly and wheelchair accessible here. I would definitely come back as this is one of the best resorts I’ve been to so far. The only thing that could be touched up on is in our room our bedside lights didn’t work. But other than that the maids did a great job of keeping our room clean and equipped for our whole stay.
