As of December 26th, 2023, because this is a highly anticipated brand new building with finishing touches still in progress, please be aware of there is still active construction in some of the common areas of the building. The condo, gym, rooftop pool/sundecks and bar are open fully and ready to enjoy, but there is work being finished up in the lobby, and some small areas of the rooftop.
Currently, the lower lobby is accessible, but could be inaccessible periodically if the elevator is down for a short period, which would require you to need to walk up several flights of stairs to the back of the building to enter.
Currently, the rooftop pool/sundecks, gym and rooftop bars are all open. The pool heater has been installed and heating the pool during the cooler season. Enjoy!
Prices have been lowered for the coming months to account for the unfinished nature of some of these common areas.
Regarding the rooftop bar, in order to maintain a level of service one would find in a high-end hotel, no outside food or drinks are allowed on the rooftop. But the bar is fully staffed and the team is ready to serve you with your needs.
