Unacceptable over due fees
The hotel itself was not so bad. But what I just hated was the fees to they charged us, with some (not all) very stupid personnel speaking
- The Internet connection that is included is for 1 device (1 phone for example). If like us you have 5 devices counting your iPad, phones and computer, they will want to charge you 50 pesos more every 2 days. That's a shame for such hotel today, and then at least they change their communication to clearly indicate that in their ads. Saying that's a free internet connection for the room, is just a lie.
- The hotel shows everywhere it's "Pet friendly". Yes, but they charge us 190 pesos per night for our dog that is a chihuahua..For a week there that made approximately 1700 pesos, something like 100€ for a dog of 2 kg! I understand they can be pets friendly at that price, that is much more rentable than renting rooms!! That's too expensive for that, and no website shows before renting they will charge you this price!
- Our dog made its needs in the room one day on the ground, near the eiderdown of the bed. Well, finally I thought that was a good way to rentabilize the 100€ it paid for a week there, thinking that would be included in this price. That was not. They finally asked to charge us 100 pesos during the check-out for this wash. I just turned mad especially with the stupid receptionist (the only one I saw there to be honest as the others were friendly) who refused to listen anything saying "Asi es. Asi es.".
I am happy to recommend not to go to this hotel if you can choose other ones. I bet most of the time you can find more nice ones (this one got old), cheap, and with honest prices, as I consider that one was definitely not.
