The staff at the front desk are not helpful at all they check you in, but they don’t tell you anything about your stay meaning you need to make a reservations for dining. There’s a small refrigerator in your room inside a cabinet. The bathrooms need to be upgraded, they don’t have an exhaust fan. There’s some mold leaking from the shower into the toilet area.

Our stay was enjoyable, the convenience of the golf cart train stops really made getting around the propert super fast and simple. We enjoyed the different pool options and restaurants although we were hoping that there was a coffee shop that was accessible for everyone and unfortunately the one shop in the Ambar sectiin is only for guests of Ambar. The air conditioning in our room was not the greatest, we are used to really cold rooms and this was not it.The staff was friendly and welcominng. Make sure to have small bills for tipping. Over all this is a great resort and I would come back again

My husband and I have been going to Punta Cana for the past 25 years and this was the second time going to this resort. The first time it was for the New Year's. Everything was great and espeally the food. The food was the main reason that we went back but I guess "all the bells and whistels" that I was looking forward were just for the new year. This time the food was like in every other resort. As for the beach, this time around was like no man's land. The sign for "Aquamarine" was gone and random people will come and seat at the beach. I do not have a problem with that if they were quite but some had the music blasting and some others will take the best shades while the rest of us who paid had to walk around.

Overall me and my best friend had a great time. The buffet had good options for breakfast lunch and dinner. The pool closes at 6p so I wasn’t too happy about that and the beds a really hard. Other than those 2 things the resort was beautiful. They have entertainment every night. We loved the fire show.

We stayed at the adults only area. It was busy but not rowdy. Room was a little dated but was clean. Buffet food was good and very well seasoned. The other dining options had a set menu and what was offered was well. Spa, highly recommend! The staff, from the Acuario buffet, pool side service, Juan and the whole pool bar members, housekeeping plus the shuttle drivers were FABULOUS!

The restaurants were decent. They were not accommodating to complaints. They placed me in a room near trucks that were running and honking majority of the day. I asked for a room change and they told me I had to reach out to Expedia for any complaints. The beach was quite dirty.
