Greetings, here are my reviews of our stay at the Aquamarine from May 26th to 30th, 2025. The arrival was very good. At first, I had a lot of trouble adding my husband to the reservation since I was left out by mistake and it was a dilemma to add him as an additional guest in the room. Then, upon arrival, the hotel was very nice, but there was no water; it was very difficult to get it anywhere. And the photos were the worst. The room they gave us, number 84121, had a piece of cardboard on the floor in the shower from the moment we arrived until the third day, when it seems they realized. The soap bottle had that hair on it, which I never touched or used from the moment we arrived until we left. It was horrible, and only one soap. Here is a sample of the size of the soap for a 4-night stay. Luckily, I brought my own soap to use. The other situation, which is the most important to me, is rest. The bed is full of mites or bedbugs. I couldn't sleep because of the itching on my back. I spoke to the maid the next day and asked to change all the sheets, and she did. But the mattress was a board, not at all comfortable. A literal board. Back pain all the time, plus the bed bugs. Horrible. I will not recommend staying at this hotel at all.
The amenities are good.
The food is average.
