The room was excellent but we had call daly to the front desk to have our room cleaned and fridge restocked. Was not impressed with the theatre we were told that there was entertainment every night and there was not . There was rarely entertainment at the poolside as well . The allacart restaurants gave very small portions and were not well flavoured or cooked. The buffet was good but not a big selection. No shuttle service was provided either way so it was another added expense and we had to wait longer than expected to get a taxi although we prearranged it as well as check out was disorganized. Staff was very friendly and did their jobs well . We would not recommend or return there .

The place was clean.the food was limited and nasty. Was no dominican culture at all. It took them forever to bring you juice and folks and spoons. You basically had to beg. Everything cost extra. If you want to see the characters its extra. You can catch certain ones walking around but for the popular ones are extra.

Food quality and options needs to be addressed. A lot of food items were not available. Staff were amazing and made the trip difference. Our butler Leo fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about him. Concierge Jose was the best. Life gaurd was beyond exceptional. Rooms can use some updating. Our first room the AC kept kicking out. We then made the decision to upgrade rooms and it made the difference.

This was probably the worst vacation experience my family and I have ever taken. The service at the Nickelodeon resort is terrible, most of the staff there are surly at best. The only ones we have any good experience with are the housekeeping and room service staff. Hygiene seems like an afterthought at this resort, my whole family got food poisoning half way through the trip and my 2 year old toddler came home with hand, foot and mouth disease. Please stay far, far away from this place.

The room had rotting stainless steel, the bathtub had a leakage that the water got to my bedroom. The elevator didn’t work I was on the 3rd floor in room 2313. The food area called Fresco the food was garbage it was like worst than frozen dinners. I got no upgrade or amenities for the broken elevator the bathroom leakage. The upper management were insensitive to me & treated me as a local. I complained to Expedia on my 5th which was my Bday, because I called to complain they were attentive in the restaurant

-poor quality food -the hotel never gave us the $500 credit per room (scam) and expedia never helped and made us lose hours in this matter -they don't provide hours of restaurants in apps or in hotel guide -hated being sold constantly the breakfasts and activities (they follow you through the entire hotel) -room service needed to be summoned three times to respond and sometimes never came -water park in the pictures is different, the big blue slides weren’t there (scam) -i hated the buffet they dont have air conditioning in there is sweaty and hot very bad for food conservation -items in the menu weren’t available -fresco restaurant advertised stromboli and gave bread empty (joke) This was a horrible experience. Not even decorated dor kids and characters were nowhere to be found

The building that our room was it was very noisy, lots of slamming doors middle of the night and staff were very loud and most of the staff either didn't know any English or very very little.

I seen a lot of mixed reviews of this resort before coming. I travelled with my 2-year old daughter and husband. Not only did my daughter have the time of her life but we also enjoyed every moment. In fact she cried when we left saying she wants to stay! The weather was amazing. We enjoyed the food. The room was clean and every staff we encountered went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning.

I can honestly state that my family and I had a great time at the resort. It was so much fun! No problems with the room, good food, and overall good service. I would go again if I had the chance. My 5 year old enjoyed the activities, water park, and beach. My teenager loved the cafe/ice cream shop and relaxing by the pool/beach. We all enjoyed the atmosphere during the day and night. We ate at Burgers, wok wok, and intergalactic restaurant. All three had great food! The only “bad” experience was the slow service at Wok Wok, but not enough to ruin our evening. We used their app to make restaurant reservations (not complicated) and the Karisma app to keep an eye out for activities (also, not complicated).
