They’re not very proactive, and the resort is not truly all-inclusive. There are several things you have to pay extra for, but they don’t make that clear anywhere, which I didn’t appreciate. Some staff members were polite, but others seemed annoyed or uninterested, which was disappointing. On the bright side, my kids had a great time at the resort but I personally wouldn’t come back again.

Terrible service. Could not believe how bad staff were trained. From the very first person that checks you in. Food is quite bad as well. And it seems hard to find food to be an all inclusive. Would never come back here.

The pool at the beach was fantastic, they kept it immaculate, pool chairs were available, staff at pool- side and swim bar were friendly. Many times in other areas of the resort (restaurants, coffee) the staff did not smile or want to interact; they seemed quite annoyed. One the flight home, several other guests mentioned this as well. The water park was very nice- loved the lazy river and waterslides. Was there in July though so would be a little worried to go back in high season as it would be very crowded I would think plus not enough lounge chairs near main water area even in July. The food was ok-plus. I was not a big fan of the buffet options but the restaurants were good. Not much evening entertainment at all if you are looking for that but for a family worn out by the pools and water park enjoyment all day, wasn’t a huge deal. Did not see many characters around and many things are extra pricing. I was not approached but again others told me that they were hard sold to buy time shares on the property. Our room was perfectly up-to-date, beds were comfortable, and it was super clean.

Property is pretty clean ok dining and all inclusive is not so theres alot you have to pay for and prices a bit high. And dont go to the beach you have scammers that will try and rip you off for 300$ us for figurines lol.. concierge is amazing though also to mention heny and rafa they are great. Lock up your valuables thats all i have to say but if you have an issue call henry or rafa.

Al momento de hacer check in, deberían dar todas las instrucciones del check out, en mi caso, había reservado con late check out, salí a desayunar y regresé a la habitación a las 11;40am y mi llave no funcionaba, fue incómodo porque nuestra habitación estaba muy lejos del lobby y cuando pedimos ayuda a la housekeeping para abrirla, nos dijo que no podía porque era nueva. Tuvimos que salir y encontrar una supervisora que nos ayudó para sacar las maletas, no teníamos conocimiento de que eso pasaria. El otro inconveniente fue con la comida, los restaurantes a la carta no valen la pena, la calidad de la comida no es buena y pensamos que sería otra experiencia, no simplemente sentarte a una mesa más. La comida en el buffet si fue muy buena. Y quiero felicitar a los que realizan el show de Michael Jackson, sin duda fue de lo mejor que tuvo el hotel.

Good experience for Kids and parents needs a little of improvement to make it great. The Buffet area especially on the weekends is overcrowded to the point that linea were formed and needs improvement on food layout AC, upgrades to the exposed cracked concrete floors and food offering. I would also suggest to add some decoration on buildings and improve decoration at lobby. In overall is a good experience for the kids the best places to go are the snick Lounge, the plaza area and the Aqua Club water park and Nick Club. To really enjoy Characters it is better to take some of the private shows but they come with added price which makes the already high daily rate a little higher. - the room with pool at first floor is worth it however comes as an upgrade to the regular floor rates. Nice place in general .. my kids had a blast! 💥
