The customer service was excellent, the communication was great, and the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay. I would certainly return there for another vacation.

Isolation is bad as we easily hear outside. The maid never came to do the room only when asked at the front desk. The employees don’t speak well english so its hard to communicate. No dish soap included or dishcloths, no tissues or extra toilet paper. Toilet and shower drain are bad.

i just want to say that i love this place and i’ll be back!!! i am a female solo traveler so proximity and safety are my biggest concerns. i felt extremely safe and this hotel is close to pretty much everything you can think of. there was some minor issues with the rooms because things are still under construction, but they make sure to accommodate you and keep you happy. i can’t wait till everything is completely done, so i can come back. the staff went above and beyond for me and were extremely friendly. 10/10 and i will be back. :)

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Very clean and beautiful hotel. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the hotels, this is the place for you.

I enjoyed staying at this property. I was there with my family. The rooms and property were exactly as seen in the photos. I especially loved the pools all around the property. 24-hour security. I loved that everything needed was in close proximity and walking distance. Uber was easily accessible and affordable. I didn't like the limited breakfast options. However, the breakfast we had was okay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.

The property is furnished very nicely, however there is unfinished construction in some areas. "ALL" one bedrooms face a VERY NOISY, BUSY, and HIGH TRAFFIC ROAD- NOT A QUITE OR QUALITY STAY. Lastly, the hotel's worst quality - dishonest staff/front desk representatives.
