Our experience started bad when we arrived we waited 2 hours to get room because they was telling me an issue with reservation 2 babies instead of 2 kids and I had to pay 704$ more than supposed to in place to get the room without an option to cancel and book another hotel. In addition they always was painting the hotel especially in the waterpark and the smell was killing. also all over the place you see they paint non stop but ceiling in the balcony was loosing some paint and falling on our things. Also huge cracks in the toiler room 6621 and a huge crack in the main area.

The rooms and the service where great. Didn't like to see few guys that had a bit too much to drink, specially at night. For that reason, I wouldn't go with kids

I liked the different pools to enjoy. I didn't like that the restaurants were putting people on waiting lists while they they had plenty of empty tables..
