The whole resort is beautiful and staff is friendly and quick to help. Of particular fun was the entertainment staff, namely Mayra and the rest of the dance team. Mayra made it super easy to join in the fun, even for reluctant guests. She is a great dancer but her true skill is involving the guests in the fun. She gets a 10 out of 10 and we can’t wait to come see her again. The food was delicious. We tried at least 1 of everything at the 3 restaurants we visited. The chefs were amazing and the waiters provided excellent service.

Love the room (Preferred swim up King). Butler service for the preferred club was bare minimum had to keep asking for stuff over and over. Room service was a 1hour wait minimum. Spa service was nice. Certain restaurants on the property had good waiters and some didn’t. Most of the waitresses and hostesses had attitudes. Resort has a lot of potential but it seems that like to cater to 55+ community when we are looking for the 35-45 population.

The property is beautiful, clean and modern. The service wasn't the best except for Yesica at the preferred pool service which she was WONDERFUL! It would help if we were provide a map of the property at check in so you can know where things are. We were really surprised that there was a 4th of July celebration and it was super nice! Overall we enjoyed our time and would recommend.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Secrets Tides! The resort is stunning, peaceful, and incredibly romantic — the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. Oceana Restaurant was hands down our favorite — the food was delicious, the views were beautiful, and the service was amazing. The pool bar was another highlight — Angela made the best drinks and truly made our days by the pool special. Our room was gorgeous — sleek, modern, and very high-tech. The only downside was that someone else somehow connected to our Bluetooth speaker in the middle of the night and blasted music while we were sleeping. A separate Bluetooth password for each room would fix this issue. Room service was excellent, and although we couldn’t use the beach due to heavy seaweed (not the resort’s fault), there was still so much to enjoy. One important thing to note: locals constantly walked the beach trying to sell items. It was nonstop and made it difficult to relax or enjoy our food and tanning time. We hope the resort can find a way to better manage this. Despite those two small issues, we had an amazing experience overall. We are already recommending Secrets Tides to friends and family and definitely plan to return. Thank you for an unforgettable getaway!

Our experience with room service was exceptionally unsatisfactory. The daily process of replenishing our mini refrigerator consumed an excessive amount of time, leaving us with the impression that our butler was not performing their duties effectively.I had a very disappointing experience.
