La chambre était correct, sans plus car il y avait sûrement eu un dégat d'eau, au plafond car il se dégradait. Le déjeuner était très bien sauf le café qui était imbuvable. Aussi, il n'y a aucune navette vers l'aéroport.

The room was clean but they will come clean the rooms late. You can leave in the morning for breakfast and to the beach and you come around 4 pm room still has not been cleaned even if you left the clean up sign in the door.

The hotel and room was good, as well as the breakfast which is included. The wifi however is not good and constantly goes in and out, would not recommend remote work here. They also don’t offer any early check in or late check out.

Staff was nice regardless of language barrier and did their best to communicate. Clean rooms and nice pool. The AC worked beautifully. The TV however was in Spanish? And hard to navigate with only apps that you can’t use. Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious lots of choices

Cashlie and Laurencia were particularly exceptional, providing a warm and welcoming experience that left a lasting impression. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed.The room was a true delight - cozy, clean, and very pleasant indeed! I was thoroughly impressed with the breakfast spread - the food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The team is hard at work preparing a fantastic breakfast for all to enjoy. What a lovely place, filled with beautiful gardens and refreshingly clean air! This gets my highest recommendation - I'm thoroughly invested in spreading the word. No hot water, broken safe, no clothes hangers in the closet. We reported the problems to reception, but no one fixed anything for two days. Breakfast was monotonous; when you arrive around nine, half the food is gone and no one replenishes it.

The room was in ok condition, but there was only warm water for a shower which was hard to turn on, I had to have help. The internet ran the TV and since internet was very poor, TV show on YOUTUBE was poor. I didn't care for the pillows. It was quiet back there thank goodness. I never did figure out how to get to the beach the correct way. Not much English speaking.

Ok, the overall stay was great, but there were a couple bumps in the road. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I really appreciated that and were patient with me considering I don't speak Spanish. The room was ok, for what I paid. Now I will mention I appreciated the breakfast every morning (its the same everyday). Stray cats were everywhere, lol but were cool. The room was not that big, and a bit outdated. I didn't have any real issues until I found out the water does not get hot, at all. That hurt, but I made due. Now there was also a random sewage like smell that came and went in the bathroom from time to time (I was there a week). I was glad they had AC, but I couldn't make the room warm, wasn't sure why there was no heat, but I guess because of the location, but I get cold easily. Would I stay here again? No, but its not really due to anything other than the hot water. Other than that, its a great place for the price. So don't be expecting the Ritz-Carlton experience, but this is a great place and the location is good as well. Lots of places to eat on the strip and the people were very nice to me and made me feel seen and safe. I was walking all around the city, at weird times, and I never felt threatened, just enjoyed the city. I got a free buggy ride to the beach, as well as a shot glass gift from a seller. But the people that work there made it feel better!

It was last minute where our flight was cancelled staff was friendly and tried. No English, but we made it work, restaurant was open late, so we got a great meal!!

Cleanliness could have been better. When we arrived, the room didn’t seem fully cleaned — the bed sheets and towels had stains, and we had to ask a few times before they were changed and the room was properly taken care of. The soap dispensers were also empty for a full day and weren’t refilled right away despite repeated requests. Communication with staff was sometimes difficult, as only a few understand basic English. We tried to communicate in Spanish when possible, but it often felt hard to get simple requests addressed. We were never able to receive the advertised 20% food and restaurant discount, even after asking several times. The front desk wasn't that helpful or friendly. When we desperately needed cash for one of the restaurants in the hotel plaza, we were directed to locations that were either far away or didn’t accept Visa, which was inconvenient. The amenities were mixed. There was no place to dry your clothes. The pool itself was nice, though it didn’t seem to be cleaned very often. Breakfast was okay but not especially fresh; however, one breakfast staff member was genuinely kind and helpful. The person handling transportation was also not particularly friendly or helpful. On the plus side, the price was reasonable, the hotel plaza building was gorgeous, and the location was decent — not much to see nearby, but not too far from the old city centre or beach. That said, the area felt a bit uncomfortable to walk around, especially late at night.
