The community amenities are SOOOO nice and NEW- enjoy a firepit, pickleball,Bocce Ball & Bags, and laundry facilities. PSSSSS..BEST kept secret of Punta Gorda......you are 45 min from 6 of the best beaches in Southwest Florida. Punta offer's shops, live music, and excellent restaurants. Must have background check for community requirement.
