Safety Guidelines & Reminders
Our home features a private pool that is not fenced and is located on a waterfront property. For safety reasons, we do not accept children under 12 years old. All guests must exercise extreme caution around the pool, dock, and waterfront areas.
The door leading to the pool is equipped with a keyed lock for added safety. Please ensure the door is locked at all times when the pool area is not in use, and keep the key stored in a secure place out of reach of children.
• No unsupervised children in or around the pool
• Children 12+ and non-swimmers must always be supervised by a responsible adult when in or near the pool, dock, or canal areas
• Do not swim or jump into the canal
• Minors may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult
• Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the pool and waterfront areas
• Kayak use is at guests’ own risk. Please use with caution and proper supervision at all times. Life jackets are available in the garage for guest use—please ensure they are worn for your safety.
