Garza Blanca is a beautiful hotel that’s not too big but perfect in size. Great pools but Beach has a huge rock formation, All along the length of the beach. So bring water shoes!! Water not as clear as the Hotel Zone in Cancùn. Food was great , didn’t feel like a typical all inclusive at all. There was no request that was too big , staff was so accommodating and gracious. My only request is that the hotel make a better effort towards a teens room — games, more pool tables etc. A place they can hang out after dinner etc. Other than that hotel area is quiet and a great hotel if your looking for a bit of a higher end resort.

The checkin process here was absolutely terrible. We arrived in the morning and waited in line a very long time. Our room was not ready which we understand so we were told to return at 3. We returned then and waited a long time again only to be told the room needed inspected and to wait longer. It was ridiculous. Why not just text when the room is ready instead of wasting our time. Terrible process!!!

The resort is immaculate. So clean and refreshing. Food at the restaurants is good, and the staff were all great. The activities staff including Eduardo were great and very fun. Josue and Andres were very attentive. My family enjoyed the stay

We stayed (Family of 4 - kids 8 and 13) March of 2025. I will start with the positives: Resort is beautiful and well designed It was clean and the rooms were large and the bathrooms were great. The pools are great, we could always find a place for all 4 of us to sit and there are several pools to chose from. Negatives (there are a few) You need dining reservations to eat anywhere on property (which is fine as I had made all of our dining reservations prior to our arrival). You even need a reservation to eat at the buffet as well (just something to be aware of). Food was ok at best. We had reservations at a different restaurant each night we were on property. Our last night on property we had reservations at Davino. We had email confirmation but when we arrived they didnt have the reservation. However, when the hostess went to get the restaurant manager because she couldnt find our reservation, he was very rude stating "he is the only person that makes reservations for his restaurant and that he didnt make this reservation and therefore would not honor it". Here we are a family of 4 (with an email confirmation of our reservation) and he says "sorry I didnt make that reservation so I dont know what to tell you" and then he turned us away to try and figure out dinner on our own. Check out was clunky (did it the night before we left but had to do it again in the morning). Over all - ok resort, just wont be coming back as there are better places to stay in cancun.

An Unforgettable Stay! Our stay at Garza Blanca was truly exceptional, and it was made even more special by the incredible staff. From the moment we connected through Expedia, *Daniela* was amazing. She ensured that my husband’s birthday was unforgettable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She is incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely cares about guests’ experiences. Every hotel needs someone like *Daniela* who runs things with such dedication! *Yuri*, our butler, was outstanding from day one. She provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities that the entire family enjoyed. Her attention to detail and commitment to making our stay seamless did not go unnoticed, she made sure we were always well-informed and comfortable. The Kids Club team, including *Karen* and *Carmen*, were phenomenal! Our kids were engaged in fun activities the entire time, and they absolutely loved being there. They never wanted to leave, which speaks volumes about how wonderful and caring the team is. *Adrian* was incredibly helpful with our suitcases and always ensured we had water. His politeness and positive attitude made our experience even better. Beyond the exceptional service, the beach was pristine and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax. The hotel was very packed when I visited, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it, but the service at the pool and the beach was horrible. There were no umbrellas available at the beach. Plus when I would finally find someone to order food and drinks, they would get the orders all wrong. For the price of this hotel, I didn't think it was worth the value. Additionally, I booked an ocean view 1 bedroom suite, but the views are more like partial ocean views. When you look outside, you're looking at the building across the way, not at the ocean. At least, provide an accurate description!
