Upon arrival, I was greeted with confusion and told I did not have a reservation. The host picked through his computer telling me he had no record of my reservation. I showed him the numerous emails and confirmation from Verbo and they still could not find it. He asked me to show where I had paid for it so I provided the confirmation. Ultimately, he agreed I had a reservation and after approximately half an hour I was directed to the cabin. The host approached me at the cabin and told me they had worked out the first two nights however I would have to leave a day earlier as it was reserved by another person for that night. At that point i didn’t contest further and altered my plans to stay in another location for that night. Later the host approached the cabin again and said that I could actually stay the full three days. At that point I had made other plans and did not want to yet again alter my plans so we left a day earlier. In short, I payed for three nights and only stayed two. Other than that the cabin was very nice and the woman who cleaned was very friendly and nice. Not sure why they didn’t have the ability to verify through verbo that I had a reservation but it made for a very awkward situation.
