The unit we had bottom unit which was very nice, well equipped and clean.But It’s right by the door, so you are constantly hearing the comings and goings of every, single other resident. The door also slams shut. You hear it all. So no morning sleeping! The area is a little sketchy as well. A bit away from Old town. uber or taxis is required.
Excellent location. Many amenities within walking distance. Clean, bright, spacious and well appointed. Only suggestion would be to install hooks on the bedroom wall similar to the front door to offer a bit more clothing storage.
Comme toujours nous avons pleinement profité des lofts au coeur de st-Roch qui se retrouvent à proximité de tout, même un épicerie et une SAQ . C’est certainement le meilleur qualité prix pour des vacances ou être de passage dans la région du vieux Québec.

Well-appointed and comfortable. Quiet location which was close to all the attractions and a full grocery store nearby.
The room and building were clean and well equipped. However, the location has a downside — you need to climb a steep hill or stairs to reach the Old Quebec area. The Saint-Roch area, where the hotel is located, is not as beautiful or clean as Old Quebec.

Clean apt. Good area but many homeless people on the street at nights. Great restaurants nearby.
The unit was clean and comfortable. HOWever the entrance door to the building is dangerous like a crocodile designed to keep the street people in the area from getting in. It slams shut at full pressure of 20 lbs. It caught my foot twisting my knee. Day1 of my 5 week vacation from Vancouver I am now on crutches. This door needs to be addressed. I have contacted Quebec City regarding this. I would not recommend this unit.
Location of the property was good, environment was not. This property was across from a soup kitchen and next to a loud bar. The washroom needed some hooks to hang your towel and a large full size mirror would be great. It had great living and dining area.

Staff was very helpful - there was an initial mix-up of the booked rooms and after a little language barrier, things were resolved very quickly. The area appears to be gentrifying; lots of restaurants; walking distance to Gare du Palais (central train station); 20 minute uphill walk to the Old City.

This was a really great apartment well stocked. It was nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. It was a 20 min walk to Chateau Laurier. We parked in the recommended parking that was a two minute walk. $20 for 24 hrs
We were there for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. This spot is located very conveniently next to a supermarket and within walking distance to attractions. There is also a great running path along the river. Easy online check-in process.
Only issue was that the AC/fan, at least in our room, did not work so well and the windows aren't able to be opened, so it got hot.
