The staff were very friendly and didnt treat us any different because we didnt speak french. Rooms were very nice with everything we needed for our stay over. Although we only spent a night as we were travelling across canada, i would definitely come back here again so that we could continue to check out Old Quebec city. Its unfortunate that it was raining when we arrived so we couldnt sight see alot. Amazing coffee machine in the lobby recommended by the front staff!

The service at the front desk was excellent; he was very welcoming and jovial. The room was tasteful and impeccably clean, and the bed was SO comfortable. We will be staying here again on our next visit.

Great stop over!

Very pleased with the facility. Only issue we had was that the deadbolt on our door didn’t lock. It was operational when the door was open but didn’t fit once the door was closed. It was a quiet night so we was as big an issue as it could have been. An improvement note would be: shelving in the shower for bottles and also the floor was a bit slippery. Beautiful shower though!

Propre, mais le lit était beaucoup trop mou. Machine à café à l'entrée capricieuse et souvent hors-fonction. Stationnement gratuit mais il faut faire le tour de l'établissement. J'aurais payé un peu moins cher que ce que ça m'a coûté. Personnel très courtois
