Once known as La Victorienne, this beloved riverfront home was built in the 1940s and thoughtfully renovated in 2024 to become VILLA-29.

Located on Horatio-Walker, one of Île d'Orléans' most beautiful waterfront roads. The home is approximately 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown Québec City, depending on traffic.

Designed with natural light, thoughtful details, and elegant comfort, this home features large windows with beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River and Montmorency Falls. The spacious layout, modern amenities, smart home controls, and carefully selected furnishings create a comfortable and stylish stay.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is beautiful and functional, featuring premium appliances, quality cookware, and the essentials needed to prepare meals comfortably during your stay.

For your convenience, we provide basic cooking essentials, including oil, salt, pepper, and coffee. To ensure freshness and food safety, we do not provide perishable items such as milk, butter, or cream. Guests are welcome to bring their preferred options.

LIVING AREA

The living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a 65-inch Sony TV with Chromecast, a Sonos sound system, and a turntable to enjoy your favorite vinyl records. Feel free to bring your own records and create your own soundtrack during your stay.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The bedrooms feature comfortable Casper mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. The home includes two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and provides shampoo, soap, conditioner, a hair dryer, and towels for your convenience.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Enjoy the spacious patio with beautiful waterfront views, outdoor dining, comfortable lounge seating, and an outdoor fireplace. Relax in the sauna or spa while taking in unforgettable views of the St. Lawrence River and Montmorency Falls.

Guests will have full access to VILLA-29 and all guest areas during their stay, including the fully equipped kitchen, living spaces, patio, outdoor fireplace, sauna, and spa.

Parking is available directly in front of the house, and guests have access to a Tesla charger at no additional cost.

For safety and privacy, the basement mechanical room is not accessible to guests unless needed in an emergency and with permission. The small storage house on the property is also reserved for private use and is not available for guest access.

Self check-in, allowing you to arrive anytime after 4:00 PM at your convenience.

If you need an early check-in for a special occasion, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request (additional fees may apply as extra preparation may be required).
