Tried to check in early due to bad driving conditions. We were told our room would be too priority to be cleaned. It was the very last one and we were told it was the only room that they had that I booked. Was not happy at all especially with the lady who lied non stop to us. Never Again

For the amount we paid, the hotel did not feel worth the price. The breakfast experience was disappointing. The food was often cold, and refills were not done quickly, even though there were many guests. The lobby area where breakfast was served felt overcrowded, with limited seating, making it uncomfortable and stressful to find a place to sit during busy hours. On a positive note, the check-in and check-out staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well maintained, which we appreciated. Housekeeping did a good job, and the room itself was comfortable enough for sleeping. However, the hotel’s location is quite far from downtown. If you arrive late in the evening, there are no nearby restaurants open, and even Uber Eats was not available after 12 am, which made finding food very difficult. Transportation options were also limited late at night. We paid $257 per night and stayed for four nights. Considering the price, location, and overall experience, the hotel did not meet our expectations.
