everything about our stay except the mattress was fine. jt was incredibly uncomfortable and hard. my wife and I did not sleep well on the bed and due to this we would be reluctant to stay here in the future. suggest replacing the mattress with more comfortable ones. the pillows were also poor quality. also the underground garage was dark and dirty and could use a good cleaning. also need better signage in the garage. and super inconvenient that there is no elevator in the underground to the lobby as we had our 6 month old and a stroller.

The staff was bilingual. The concierge help us get a tour bus even before we were able to check in. We were very early, just getting off a cruise ship. Very Good restaurant on the premises.

The hotel personnel is very welcoming and helpful.

We loved the pressure in the shower, the magnifying mirror, the Espresso coffee machine, the makeup towel, the small refrigerator and the semi-firm mattress. However, we did not like the dark colours because it made the place looked rather small and depressed due to the brownish colours everywhere. Also, the bathroom faucet was splashing everywhere around the counter and it was very annoying. In summary, the room would need some love sooner than later.
