We had a good stay. I booked this place, as it is close to the ferry port to Old Quebec City. Parking is plenty. and you have 3 hours of free parking. However, trying to pay for a few more hours just in case you stay longer, is an ordeal. Ferries leave every half an hour and we missed many. I found later and much farther away that the parking paying system was not working properly. No one knew anything. It ruined my trip not knowing if I was going to find my vehicle in the way back and have to start making calls and payments to recover it. Unfortunately there is no service and no information. The 1800 phone number is a recording in French. no one answers ever. It was not the hotel fault, but be warned.

I chose the hotel because of the picture of the pool . Was disappointed that the hotel was so dark and dated. The room was large but dark and baseboards needed a good cleaning.
