It is located in a very quite area where locals live, yet within a 5 minute walk to dozens of restaurants and one block from one the most beautiful gardens I have ever been witnessed, The Joan of Arc Garden

Liked the clean modern room in the form of a studio apartment. Property was close to our area of interest which was old Quebec City and other tourist attractions. Only drawback was the tight parking but once we were in the spot we didn't move out until we were leaving. Also we were on the third floor and the building does not have elevators. Not a real problem as we are both in good health.

청소가 그렇게 꼼꼼하게 잘 되어있지 않았어요.. 욕실 바닥에 꼬부란 털들이랑 다리털이 구석구석에... 있고, 건조기 안에 먼지들이 가득해서 제가 물티슈로 닦고 사용했고요. 그외 다른 건 다 만족해요. 체크인 방식이나 시설도 괜찮고.. 조용하고.. 구도시랑은 좀 멀어서 우버타고 다녔지만 건물이나 주변도 이뻐요

Great location, very close to some great restaurants and easy to walk to the popular sites. Unit is clean, well furnished, has basic utensils and kitchen accessories. Only downside was that conditioner and bodywash weren't provided in the shower, only shampoo. Overall a great accomodation.

The apartment was suitable for our needs but could have done with a few extra little touches such a dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid … both of which we needed to buy. Some of the towels were dirty and need replacing also.
