We arrived after 3 hr drive (reserved week before). Were told after check-in, no parking - "first come, first served." Scoured the area - Chinatown/Flushing - for parking. It was dark, Valentine's Day/Lunar New Year. No luck. No sympathy from clerk, no refund. Compelled to leave, as other hotels now unaffordable. Drove home 3 hrs, missed my reunion. gpj
