Beautiful views, enhanced by our free room upgrade which gave us uninterrupted views over the lake. Room was kept clean to a good standard throughout our stay, had to prompt for a few extra coffee sachets since we don’t do decaf. Loved the spa, the sauna could be hotter but we didn’t stay for the sauna. Easy access to Queenstown, the hill on the way back can be a little much at the end of the night but there’s always a bus or taxi. Overall very happy

Great room with a good sized balcony overlooking the forest and sounds of a waterfall. Quiet and I would recommend it. Pool was ok but they forgot to turn on the sauna one morning. Lounge was great with happy hour drink specials.
