Feel that the demographic they are aiming at is 18-25 which is ok, but if that is the case then market yourself that way.
We booked a loft room which was supposed to sleep 4. The room was tiny, the stairs to the loft incredibly steep, and our shortest person at 160cm tall couldn't even stand up in the loft. Even after managing to get up, the floors upstairs didn't look clean with debris left in the corner. With the bathroom door closed you could barely squeeze through to get to the toilet. The water pressure in the shower was poor, and the water barely above body temp.
While we only had 2 people in the room we were planning on using the sofa bed. There was no linen for it in the room. After attempting to call reception (we fortunately had an NZ sim) for over an hour with no answer or call back from the message left, walked back down the 3 flights of stairs (oh yeah, there is no elevator to assist with taking luggage up) to request linen. Staff looked confused but said they would arrange. Linen did arrive with an offer to set up the bed which was nice.
Went to have dinner (room is apparently self contained) only to discover a distinct lack of crockery and what was provided was put away dirty and greasy.
Do not recommend this place at all. We were to stay 2 nights but we packed up and found a new place for night 2.
