The apartment had beautiful views and was perfect size with amenities for 2 people. Cons: no running water from time we checked in at 2pm till after 10pm we couldn’t use the toilet or shower. Water pipe was getting worked on. Bathroom could have been cleaner and a dusty smell that lingered. Had to ask for more coffee pods at reception even when apartment was serviced daily. Staff were lovely, felt sorry for the one receptionist who was left alone to deal with everyone’s enquiries and complaints with the water issue. Still waiting for our bond refund after 2 days.

I specifically asked for a room that was close to entrance and didnt require much stairs or walking since my stay was to relax after just running the Sydney Marathon...yet they gave me a room that so far away it was the last room at the end of the walkway up 2 set of stairs. Room service also, folded up towels i had on the floor in the bathroom and put them back on the wall to be used again which I want to assume may have been accidental. the property itself otherwise is suitable and nice and within 20-30 minute walking distance to the main part of town.

We had a great stay in Queenstown, we had the best room available however the toilet was leaking keeping us awake at night, the dishwasher was broken and we booked the spa the arrived to go to the spa only to be told oh sorry it’s not available as it’s dirty, we planned our day around the spa they had our number and didn’t call us to let us know, so that was pretty poor for a higher end hotel

I like that my room was warm, tidy and clean.The bed and shower was great. The staff are awesome and easy to talk to. Delicious breakfast. There was a lot of noise coming from outside our room from the room next to ours someone kept going in and out. we heard someone snort their snot from that room and it was loud. Pillows were to soft. We just arrived and staff member trying to get in with the key a couple of times to give our breakfast early for our whole stay instead of knocking. Someone parked on our paid parking space that i paid for on the second night and didnt move after that. Staff said there was a paper with password and user name on the desk twice and there wasnt.

Mould and dirty bathroom especially in the bathtub. Only one coffee pod - housekeeping staff advise us - they ran out. When countdown is up the road. Both sinks - bathroom and kitchen blocked. Don’t recommend if you have heavy or a lot of luggage- a lot of steps to climb.

Cet hébergement ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles à part pour la vue qui est magnifique. L'appartement aurait besoin d'être rénové notamment au niveau du mobilier et de la salle de bain avec des joints noirs et pommeau de douche cassé. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées notamment au niveau du bruit de la route juste devant. Le ménage reste aussi à désirer.

Just outside of Queenstown centre where there are plenty of food and dining options. We did have a car and it only took us a couple of minutes to drive there so it would be about 10-15 min walk to the centre. Apartment was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. We really liked the gas fire place.
