Excelente place, with excelente location. Only thing i will fix is the shower’ all the water comes out. But other than that everything is ok for the price

Christmas in Queretaro

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, it is quite a nice and beautiful place to stay. The zone is not the most attractive possible as it seemed to be more of a industrial/commercial area. However, it was christmas day which led to more places being closed. The hotel is also relatively close to the nice City center, which is a definite plus!

their are 2 hotels by the same name the other is great this is a low class at best MOTEL, i made a mistake and got this one and left after one night , and forgo my second night

The worse most expensive hotel I have stayed ever.

HOOOOOORRRRRRRIIIIIBBBBBLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!. This hotel should not be offered with Hotels.com, it says it is almost 4 stars, in reality it does not have even 1, it is dirty,noisy, uncomfortable, old without maintenance, the service is awful
