Staff was friendly but soap dispenser broken..was hanging on the wall and they dont Provide tissues,floor dusty ...i ask if i can book the taxi in the reception..but they just said..i have to book in my own...w/c is fair enough..apart from that..i enjoyed my stay..thanks to the boy who changed my bed sheets for the first day sorry can't remember his name đ
I like the easy accessibility to shopping malls, train and other public transport. But i do find their service lacking in professionalism. The hotel would do better to consider having rooms available for family with 2 double beds.
Tv remote was not working properly, most rooms complained about the AIr condition. Wifi is poor. Though the place is clean and very accessible to transportation.
My stay was ok..the booking procedure lacked in many ways..So many little things really made my stay ok..booking the hotel through hotels.com was not pleasant. Trying to book into another sogo near the airport was not pleasant..overall i did have some fun but something needs to be done with bookings and policies
Hotel had problems finding my reservation. Then initially told me my check out time was 1 am and woke me up at 1 am to inform me. But I think it was due to the difficulty finding my reservation. Got it cleared up. It is cheap but not bad. FYI: no daily room cleaning and bed making and no daily shampoo. But worth the savings for me.
