Great choice of hotel, if you don’t need to go back and forth from the city center this is your hotel! The personnel is GREAT, service was excellent. Restaurant provided free breakfast and we had one dinner that did not disappoint. Room was spacious and clean, bed was on the hard side which we enjoy, shower was small but the water pressure was awesome!

I booked this hotel only a few hours before arrival, yet the shuttle driver was outside the gate awaiting me. He was also punctually ready to take me to the airport at 4:30 am. All of the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming & friendly, from the reception to the wait staff. The food was delicious, the hotel beautiful, the room large with nice toiletries. They even made me a boxed breakfast to take to the airport at 4:30 am. Bravo to the staff. That’s how to make a guest feel welcome & looked after.

From the moment we were picked up from the airport to our check out and shuttle back to the airport was amazing. Very nice and courteous staff. Room was clean nice and cozy. The hotel is beautiful has so many things you can do. Great place to take pictures. I will definitely come back when I am in Quito. I recommend.

The hotel was very good. They brought a kettle to our room. The outdoor pool was heated and the sauna and steam room worked. The airport transfer was reliable. Families with children bought day passes which is good. Will stay again.

Such an amazing gem!! Incredibly clean grounds and all of the staff, and I mean all, are so kind and amazing. I’m just leaning to speak Spanish and they were so graceful in helping me with it and making sure I got the pronunciation correct. Highly recommend for beginners learning Spanish.

Everything about the Rincon was wonderful. Rooms. Spacious, clean. Restaurant by the pool had excellent casual fare. Did not get a chance e to try the more formal dining. Staff were courteous and very helpful. I left a shirt there and they kept if for me to pick up 5 days later. The hotel it self is absolutely stunning in architecture. Various rooms and areas to sit. Very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I would stay here again. The food was wonderful. The grounds were well kept and pretty. The staff were so kind, especially Andrés. It was my first time to Quito and he picked me up from the airport. He was so kind!! And said hello to me all the days I was there always making sure I had what I needed. I was traveling alone so to know I had someone to help me if needed was wonderful. The room was clean. I would stay here again!

There was a slight mix up at the airport regarding transportation to the hotel. The staff exceeded my expectations in making things better than was needed. They not only upgraded my room, they also insisted on giving me the taxi fare. I was happy with the room upgrade.
