The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was served with fresh fruit and juice as well other options were available. The property and rooms were immaculate, any request was attended to immediately. We extended our stay as we were so pleased. They take customer service to the next level, great job 🙌

Pleasantly surprised

First of all, I felt very safe here. It is a quiet area and everyone was very friendly. The very upscale mall was nearby too. I was thrilled with the room service each day. Our bedding and towels were refreshed and everything was cleaner than when we left it. Breakfast was fresh each day, cooked to order eggs and toast with fruit and juices. I would stay here again.

Great Location near the Mall.

Great location in Cumbaya, near both major malls. The hotel is small, friendly and secure. Breakfast was very good. The room spacious and bathroom large. Our room was favoring the mall and major road so was a little noisy. The outside sitting area and Courtyard were nice and comfortable. Price very reasonable.
