Two expansive master bedrooms feature private bathrooms and ample space, while the third bedroom offers two cozy twin beds and generous closet space. A sofa bed in the living room comfortably accommodates a seventh guest.

The fully equipped kitchen is a delight, featuring a granite countertop with seating for four, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, stove, oven, and a complete set of dishes, utensils, wine glasses, cookware, and drinkware. Parking is available with a dedicated, free parking space in the complex’s secure underground garage. Three additional guest parking spaces are also available, subject to use by other guests of other residents in the complex.

The older building, a former school, showcases classic Spanish Colonial design, while our apartment is located in the newer building (built in the early 2000s), offering tall windows, abundant natural light, and modern amenities.
