Situated within an easy 10 minutes’ walk to the beach, this home is the perfect beach house with renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Air-conditioned living area, ceiling fans throughout and an outdoor fireplace. Pets welcome, outdoors only please.
Beautifully decorated, this beach house is all on one level. The long driveway leads up to an extra-long carport and there is additional vehicle parking at the top of the driveway.
The floor plan is open with high, vaulted ceilings - letting in plenty of natural light.
There is also a gas bbq and fish filleting station out the back. Hang out and relax in either of the two separate outdoor, undercover, entertainment areas. Firepit in the backyard.
Two bedrooms with built in robes lead off the hallway whilst the main bedroom features a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom features a shower, vanity, washing machine and there is a separate toilet.
Sleeps six in one x queen size bed and four x single beds.
Bedroom one – queen size bed, ceiling fan and smart TV.
Bedroom two – two x single beds and ceiling fan.
Bedroom three – two x single beds and ceiling fan.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.
