This rental is a unique privately accessed, disability-friendly, eco-friendly 550 sqft mother-in-law suite inside my home featuring a comfy king sized bed, a large windowed gameroom with a pool table, a full bathroom, and small kitchenette. Indoor space is not shared. Distance from suite to RDU airport is 10 miles, 12 minutes in normal traffic.

Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please don't strip or make the bed. If the sheets are still on, I can inspect them easily, and apply spot cleaner, wherever needed. If the bed is stripped, I'd have to remake it to inspect it.
Don't take out the trash. I will do this to ensure recyclables make it into the correct bins.
If you brought a dog, bag the dog poop. That's it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

ADA service animals do not require host's approval prior to booking. No pet fees apply, but they can never be left unattended on the property.

Great communication with the host. Space was very clean and easy to find,very nice neighborhood. Parking was very easy and close. Probably the cleanest place I’ve ever rented and stayed in. If you’re a light sleeper like I am, you’ll hear the upstairs but if you’re a heavy sleeper, it won’t bother you. I would totally recommend. Be sure to check out the glow in the dark floor! It was pretty cool.

We felt right at home! The space is clean and cozy and different in a really fun way. The shower is incredible and the kitchen was tidy and stocked with a keurig which my Brazilian partner appreciated! The bed is also super comfy and the little desk was perfect for my partner to get some work done on one of our days. Only a shame we couldn’t stay longer! Ben is super friendly and responsive, and really helpful. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Everything was as described and clean. A couple things to consider: if you're a light sleeper like me, it will be hard to sleep. Owner lives in main house upstairs and you can hear a lot coming from upstairs at night and early in the morning. The backyard is shared and your entrance is through their backyard that they use for their dogs and accessing their shed. There's no way to completely have privacy from the used back yard (no shades in the game room or door closing off the hallway from bedroom to bathroom from outside view). Otherwise if you don't mind those things it'll be a good rental.

Having a pool table to play a few games was fun. Sitting by the window and Watching the humming birds drinking nectar from the honey suckles was awesome. Love the view from the game room. Very relaxing.

I came to town to visit my son at NCSU, and this was the perfect place to stay. Great for 2 people just needing a place to crash for a couple of days.The property is exactly as described and the location is great. It's in a safe neighborhood and you can easily park right out front. The owners have done an incredible job with the space; they really thought of every little detail. Communication was fantastic and the whole process was smooth. I'll definitely be back!
