There's a 5 person hot tub, spa robes, a high-end, full body massage chair, and a 120' projector TV to enjoy in front of the remote-controlled gas fireplace. There's even a 20X60 fenced area for your furry friends to hang out.
Please note- the property manager lives in a totally separate apartment at the rear of the house. You will have total privacy during your relaxing stay.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education. 1 hot tub and laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.

NO pets on any furniture. Please clean up after your pets. Cleaning service charges $100 if they need to clean up the yard or house after pet stays.

Beautiful space, extremely clean. Great location in terms of proximity to downtown Chapel Hill. Had a couple of snafus with the wrong door code being on the VRBO app and the checkout time I could see not matching the property manager’s information. Phone calls and texts were answered promptly! We also had too many cars for the amount of space there was to park, but that was on us as carpooling didn’t work out at the last minute. The tenants at the garage apartment right next-door (shared driveway) needed us to come move our cars. There’s also nowhere to sit outside around the hot tub, so if you don’t want to be in it, you’re just sort of standing or leaning against it. Would give 4.75 stars if I could!

First time using VRBO and the experience was great. Dean left a binder on how to work the electronics and showers which was so helpful. The place was clean well lit and felt like were home. We will definitely come back in the future as it is a great place to meet our son who is stationed in NC on our way to bring his grandma to Florida.

Great location

We came up for a football game. This place was only 2.7 miles from our tailgate spot. Had one issue and Dean had it fixed that same day. Someone does live on the backside of the property but was not a bother. Overall I would recommend and I would stay again.

USA baseball nation training complex

We came down for the USA baseball national tryouts and this house was perfect, not too far from anything. There were three adults and two children and we had plenty of space. The massage chair was a huge hit and the hot tub was a nice way to end the day.
