Standard hotel feel. Common areas were clean. Staff at front desk were either indifferent or acted annoyed. Noise was high both nights we stayed, perhaps just bad luck of next door neighbors, but enough to keep waking out kids up past midnight. Bedding bag in the room for pull out couch had 1 pillow and 1 fitted sheet. No cover sheet or blanket. Asked front desk and was given another bad that had a blanket and another fitted sheet only. Bathroom wasn’t dirty, but dinged up and looked worn. Not horrible, but wouldn’t choose to stay again.

Not what I expected!

There was no lotion in the dispenser in the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom is dim. Restaurant was closed at 10;00. I had a parking ticket on my car! The front desk attendant was really nice!

I booked through Expedia so what I paid for was a king size bed considering my husband is 6 foot 4. Upon arrival, the front desk associate told me that I have a room with a double bed meaning I was not getting a king size bed. I told him that I PAID for a king size. He asked if I booked through Expedia and i said yes. He said “oh that’s why”. I did not put up a fight or cause a scene because I was there for a wedding and did not want the weekend to be about me. There were no words left to say between the associate who was actually the manager, and myself. No offer to try and fix things. No care in the world that my husband was standing next to me. No concern of the fact that the beds were so small we had to sleep in separate beds. The breakfast was fantastic. There were some issues that came up that did not involve me so I won’t get into those. But I will probably not be staying at an embassy suites ever again.
