Cozy ground level Guest Suite located in mid-century Kings Mill-Morgan Creek Neighborhood. Walking access to the legendary Dean Dome and UNC Hospitals. This charming woodsy neighborhood is also connected to the NC Botanical Garden, Morgan Creek Trailhead and Merritt Pasture. Downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro are a 5 minute drive.

The space
The space features a plush down Cloud couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace, making it the perfect place to sink in, put up your feet, and relax. The kitchenette is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and a small dining nook. Enjoy complimentary snacks, fruit, and coffee. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a memory foam top, windows, and plenty of storage. The bathroom is bright and contemporary with a rainfall shower and high-end toiletries provided for your convenience. Outside, there is a charming patio area, complete with outdoor seating, making it the perfect place to enjoy a sunlit morning.

Lighted guest parking is located adjacent to the suite with a sidewalk leading to the door. Guests will have keyless entry with a keypad door lock.

The guest suite is attached to the house at 701 Kings Mill Road in Chapel Hill. The owners have one dog and live in the attached house. The one-bedroom suite is perfect for two people, and will accommodate up to four on the couches, which are the size of twin-sized beds. Extra blankets and sheets are provided.

Decor and amenities were all very thoughtfully executed. My daughter and I were visiting UNC for a tour of the university. This was very convenient…a short drive from campus. The apartment is very beautifully appointed, with artwork and loads of books. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower and a big sink. It has two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Hailey was kind enough to come to my rescue a couple of times to try to figure them out! Parking is close and access is easy. The location is perfect, especially if you’re here in Chapel Hill for a long weekend at UNC. The microwave, small fridge and hot plate would be enough for such a stay. Hailey was a lovely hostess and I felt very welcome at her apartment.

We had a great stay in Chapel Hill. The apartment was as advertised. The location is idea. The only surprise for us was there is no running water except in the bathroom we were able to adjust.
