Our GO-TO HOTEL!

We always enjoy our stay as this is our go to hotel when we come into Raleigh for dance competitions! The staff are always friendly, the rooms are always clean! Our dancers are always able to get a nice breakfast and us moms are able to get a nice hot cup of coffee in the mornings before heading out for long dance days!

The worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Elevators not working. Very little HOT WATER. THE ROOM SMELLED VERY MILDEW had to buy air freshers. Wish I could have gotten a REFUND. I will never stay there again.

The hotel is alright. Didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed and just a set of towels. Breakfast was ok. It was just enough to feel comfortable and it was clean!

Good location in Raleigh. Did not realize it was pet friendly and construction was underway. The elevator was out during our stay. Staff was great and breakfast was excellent.

Nice layout of the accessible suite with good photos online. Asked for clean towels Via text the second day of our three night stay and apparently you can’t get clean ones until You trade in the old ones. We were given two full size towels for two adults. We didn’t really want or need full room service, and since we were away off and on during the day had no easy way to exchange them. Wish we could have been allowed two towels each.

The hotel is dated, could be cleaner, one of the elevators was out, and they washed the breakfast dishes next to the dining area by hand in a tub. The staff was friendly and it smelled clean as we entered.

We stayed a single night but would stay again if in the area. The hotel was very conveniently located to food and shopping. The check in was smooth, the breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The hotel could use some TLC.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights for the NCAA tourney. This hotel was conveniently located to the Lenova center and also to several restaurants as a shopping mall was across the street. That was very appealing to us as a matter of convenience. We stayed at several home wood suites by Hilton but I must honestly say this one is truly low budget. It is definitely showing signs of wear throughout. In the lobby, din area and rooms. The breakfast was ok . Not a great selection but you could find something . There was one staff and she had to be summoned several times by myself and others as things had run out and not replenished. Coffee, bowels , silverware. Upon check in we entered our room via a side entrance which was filthy . There were leaves and debris on the inside floor and something on the glass of the door that was unidentifiable and p disgusting. The floor was cleaned the next day but the glass on the door remained smeared through check out day. The outside grounds are worn down and muddy . As far as our room was concerned. It was clean enough however there was mold on the grout in several places around the tub. The staff I personally encountered were p low key as they never looked up and made eye contact or acknowledged me . So much for hospitality staff. A side note . Maid service is offered every other day not daily . This isn’t a big deal for me personally. And room supplies are slim pickings.
