It was okay

Two of 3 elevators worked which made getting in and out of the hotel a pain. Room was hot when we arrived. In the summer, they should have the thermostat on cool automatically. It was off completely.

NO Pool! Update your website

I booked this room for connivence to the convention center. I also book this hotel for a pool, which is false advertised on the website. They no longer have a pool at this location; I had children who were looking forward to using a pool. Also, I was told parking cost were $17.00 per day it was $24.00 per day. This made for hardships as we travel on tight budgets. As far as the hotel is concerned the staff was friendly, rooms were clean but without the pool there was no real value to stay at this location.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and efficient. The area around the hotel is charming by day but might be a little less family-friendly at night. Location though can’t be beat for its proximity to areas of interest. Parking is also fairly convenient, though you need to park in a city garage/deck across the street.

It is a hotel with excellent customer service, but it is an old hotel. Some rooms on the 15th floor have leaking pipes, some bathrooms do not have hot water, but everything is okay.
