I would stay here again
Our room was relatively clean. The bathroom toilet gurgled all night. There was no hot water at the sink. Lighting was odd. The lights and lamps didn't seem to light tje room, just small areas that didn't need light. The construction going on on the roof made parking very inconvenient at best. The bed frame was terrible. The way it stuck out all the way around caused me to beat my shins up constantly.
On the other hand, the staff was great! Terrance was especially helpful. He was polite, pleasant, and professional. I spoke with the manager and she was very receptive to my concerns regarding the water situation as well as my compliments to the staff.

Location, location, location!
We were allowed to check in early on game day. Walking distance was short to Cameron Stadium, the campus and chapel. Comfortable hotel.
The room was very clean! The bed, furniture and bathroom were all very well maintained and kept clean. The employees were very helpful and friendly and the food and coffee available in the lobby were really nice.
Location relative to Duke hospital was fantastic, room was great and staff were very nice and professional. In-house food availability is limited but there are decent nearby dining options. It’s perfect if your destination is Duke hospital or eye center.
Staff was very helpful. Good walking distance from Duke University football, basketball. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is poor lighting in the rooms. There were only two lamps in our rooms and no overhead lights in the entry or the room. Bedside lighting didn’t work in either room. Bathrooms were well lit.
Convenient location while visiting the Duke Hospital or VA Hospital. The free parking was very helpful.
Room was recently nicely renovated, although there were a number of punch list items such as lights not working and missing closet barn door.
The area around the hotel is only parking lots and hospitals.
Very nice personnel that are very helpful. The room was clean. I like that they are environmentally conscious not having towels cleaned daily. We can help the environment by reusing our towels. We get a lot of choices on the Tv.
